S.E.P. is managed by a committee of 14 members elected in general and periodically renewed assembly.

Any person can become member after having discharged her annual contribution.

Association with nonlucrative goal (law 1901), its operation is only ensured by the contributions of its members

and the expenses of participation in the meetings.
